Mark Douglas not only met my expectations. He by far & away surpassed what I was expecting. His service was top notch. As my agent, he proved to me that I made the right choice to hire him(on the buying & selling end). Mark respectfully understands the agent-client relationship and respectfully understands that he works for his client. I met Mark at my house. He was in the area canvassing. I never felt like he was really canvassing however. He never pressured me or acted like a lot of other "hot shot" agents do when they come to your house. From the get-go Mark was about informing and developing dialogue. I always enjoyed my conversations with him at my doorstep. He was full of information. We discussed the area's market and other general real estate discussions. I hadn't talked to Mark for a while when I received an email from him one day. He was informing me of a house that sold 2 doors down from mine. The price that it sold for made me realize that it was time for me to make a move. Throughout the whole process of looking for a house and listing/selling mine, I felt that I was in good hands. Of course, a Mark was informative throughout the whole process. As we were going to look at houses, I became so surprised. Mr. Douglas was steering me away from certain situations due to some factors in the house itself or the area of the house. By the end, I had bought and sold my house with him and I was/am terrificly satisfied with the whole process and results. Mark provided myself & my family with A+ customer service. I'm very glad I chose him to represent me. And I'd definitely hire him again. Perhaps the greatest experience(s) or things that I learned about him were his willingness to help me in whatever I needed - both with menial dealings & more serious ones, and his willingness to devote as much time to me as necessary.
